How can I assess you if the delivery still has not reached to me? You sent me a mail to say something about am I satisfied or not - so, I`m not, on Dec.3 you promised the track link will arrive soon, but no track link neither delivery, also no information about delaying.
Dear Silja Oras, we always carry out a survey a few days after our orders have come out to confirm that the shipment has been received perfectly and everything is fine.
