Ingredients:

Camelia sinensis L.(Green tea leaves)
Aspalathus linearis (N.L.Burm) R.Dahlgren (Green rooibos)
Cymbopogon citratus (DC.) Stapf (Lemon grass)

How to prepare:

Place one sachet in a cup and add water at 194ºF (90ºC). Insert a sachet into a cup with hot water about to boil. Let stand for 3 minutes (more pleasant taste), or up to 10 minutes and its content in tein will be lower and its concentration of antioxidants will increase (slightly bitter taste). It is not advisable to add milk.
