Healthy infusion of 100% natural ecological plants: lemon balm and passionflower; the most select part of the plants, preserving their quality, purity and freshness without containing colorants or preservatives. The Helps Relax infusion promotes relaxation and rest, helping you to fall asleep. Take 3 infusions a day or a cup prepared with 2 sachets half an hour before bedtime. How to prepare:

Introduce a bag of HELPS RELAX in a cup and add water (150-200ml) to the boil. Cover and let stand 5 minutes. Remove the bag and sweeten if desired to taste.
