Linden is also known as the linden flower in North America. It is a plant with which infusions with relaxing properties are produced, and it is widely used to calm states of anxiety and combat insomnia, however it provides many other benefits for our health and our organism.

Pyramidal sachets: Place a sachet of Tila Premium La Tetera Azul in a cup and add water (150-200ml) to the point of boiling. Cover it and let it rest for 5 minutes. Remove the bag and sweeten if desired to taste.

The material with which La Tetera Azul Premium lime pyramids are made is derived from corn starch, which is biodegradable. Therefore, it is not necessary to separate the bag from its content when throwing it away, the entire set can be thrown in the organic material bin as it is biodegradable.
