How to prepare:

Pyramidal sachets: Put a chamomile sachet from La Tetera Azul in a cup and add water (150-200ml) to the point of boiling. Cover it and let it rest for 5 minutes. Remove the bag and sweeten if desired to taste.

The material with which the chamomile pyramids of La Tetera Azul are made is derived from corn starch, which is biodegradable. Therefore, it is not necessary to separate the bag from its content when throwing it away, the whole set can be thrown into the organic material bin as it is biodegradable.
